Wire Cover Abrasion Resistance Tester / Test Apparatus
1. Application
This machine is mainly used to test the wear resistance and durability of the insulation skin of communication cable under the factor of applied external force. Meet the 9.3.2 test standard requirements in standard GB/T25085-2010.

3. Equipment Structure
The instrument cabinet is of integral structure. The working table is located in the middle of the whole machine and the control panel is located below the machine.
Components and materials:
The box material is made of high quality (t = 1.2 mm) static steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which is more bright and beautiful.
Mechanical parts are made of iron material, surface thickened electroplating, rust proof and beautiful.
4. Mechanical Drive System
Mechanical movement consists of speed motor + sprocket + chain structure.
5. Preparation before use.
This chapter describes some of the inspections you must perform when you receive the instrument and the conditions you must understand and possess before installing and using the instrument.
(1) Power (gas source) requirements
Supply voltage range: AC 220V / 50HZ
Warning: In order to prevent leakage from harming instruments or people, users must ensure that the ground wire of power supply is reliably connected to the earth.
(2) Power selection
Before switching on the power supply of the instrument, please first confirm that the power selection switch has selected the correct input power supply voltage.
(3) Surrounding environment
Please do not use dust, vibration, direct sunlight and corrosive gases.
There is no strong electromagnetic radiation near the equipment.
Keep proper maintenance space around the equipment.
The instrument should be used in normal working environment with temperature ranging from room temperature to 40 ℃ and relative humidity less than 75%. Therefore, the instrument should be used as far as possible under these conditions to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
