UL62 Wire and Cable Insulation Sheath Crack Resistance Test Device
1. Overview
The device is suitable for PVC wire and cable. The winding crack resistance test at high temperature is an auxiliary tool for wire and cable cracking test. It can also be applied to the winding test of soft wire in other industries. The device is usually hot. The extension box is used in combination and fully meets the requirements of GB/T2951, UL62 and other test standards.
2. Main Parameters
(1) The largest winding diameter: Ф12.5mm; Maximum winding width: 72mm; Maximum winding length: 200mm
(2) Winding rod diameter: 10 kinds of Ф2, Ф4, Ф5, Ф6, Ф8, Ф9, Ф10, Ф13, Ф19, Ф40mm.
(3) The diameter of the wire hole: 2.5mm ~ 12mm
3. Winding Method
1) First, according to the test requirements, a section of the sample core is taken.
2) Then, both ends of the sample core pass through the holes at both ends of the winding rod, and are fixed, and the sample core is wound into a spiral shape. (Note: The core to be wound must be wound with a winding rod of the corresponding pore size. The diameter of the winding rod and the number of windings are specified in Tables 1 and 2 below.)
3) Finally, the sample core wound around the wound rod is placed in an air oven preheated to the test temperature specified in the cable product standard for heating.
