1. Application
It is suitable for evaluating the performance of single or composite rigid material, adhesive coating material, flexible material with thickness greater than 5 mm. Compliance with NFP 92501 "Safety against fire building materials Reaction to fire tests used for rigid materials or flexible materials thicker than 5mm"; TB/T2639 "Fire resistance test firing test method for materials used in railway vehicles"
2. Performance Parameters
(1) The test data are: Fire Index: I flame uniform height index: S, longest Fire Index: H burning fever index.
Glass rotator flowmeter regulates combustion torch flow.
(2) The stainless steel test box is made of fire-resistant material with transparent observation window and stainless steel tubular air inlet. It is equipped with filtering device to shield indoor pollution sources.
(3) Radiator: power 500W, radiation surface of the radiator is 100mm quartz dish.
(4) Sample support bracket: 45 degree test bracket, equipped with stainless steel indicating ruler to calculate flame spread interval.
(5) Guard net: made of diameter 3mm steel wire.
(6) Ignition device: there are two movable ignition devices, one is the lower part of the sample, and the other is the upper part of the sample.
(7) High precision pressure regulating valve to regulate the required pressure of standard.
(8) Ignition system: high voltage electronic ignition.
(9) The thermocouple at the top and inlet can monitor the temperature and display the numerical state of the temperature difference in real time.
(10) Controlled by microcomputer and software, the built-in test results such as flame index and burning index can be automatically counted and printed.
(11) The computer control system Windows XP operation system is adopted.
