Textile Burning Behavior Testing Equipment / 45 Degrees Damaged Area and Ignition Times Test Machine
1. Description
This tester satisfies the technical specifications and requirements stipulated in GB/T 14645-1993 "Measurement of Destroyed Area and Contact Number of Textile Fabrics in 45 Degree Direction of Combustion Property". It is suitable for ignition of textile samples in 45 Degree Direction, and for measuring the destroyed area and destroyed length of textile fabrics after burning and smoldering time. Among them, A method is suitable for textile fabrics. The damage area and length of fabrics at 45 state were measured, and the flammability and smoldering time of fabrics after burning were measured. The B method was suitable for measuring the number of contact flames when textiles were heated and melted to a specified length at 45 state.
2. Main Technical Parameters
(1) Combustion test box: L360mm * W330mm * H600mm, with observation window in front, ventilation holes on top and side of the box, sample clamp can be fixed in the box, so that the sample clamp is 45 degrees, made of high-quality stainless steel.
(2) Test clamp: consisting of high-quality stainless steel. Sample clamp of method A is composed of two pieces of 2.0 mm thick, 490 mm long and 230 mm wide, and its inner frame size is 250 mm x 150 mm. Sample supporting spiral coil of method B is made of hard stainless steel with a diameter of 0.5 mm and a length of 150 mm. The distance between wire and wire is 2 mm.
(3) Gas source: Industrial methane or other fuel gas, purity of gas source: 95%~98% (customer self provided)
(4) Burner: inner diameter 6.4 mm, length 165 mm, flame height 45 mm, no air inlet.
(5) Timing device: 0 ~ 99.99s adjustable, resolution: 0.01s
(6) Power supply voltage and power: AC220V ± 10%, 50HZ, 100W
