1. Application
Coal mine cable burning tester is designed and manufactured according to the corresponding requirements of MT386-1995 coal industry standard. It is suitable for the flame retardant test of MT818-2009 coal mine flame retardant cable and flame retardant cable joint.

3. Main Technical Parameters
(1) Input voltage: AC 220V, 50Hz
(2) The outline size is L2080 * W600 * H1950 mm, and the material is SUS304# stainless steel plate.

4. Machine Description
Test chamber
The size of the combustion chamber is L1100 * W495 * H910 mm, and the material is SUS304# stainless steel plate. The test chamber should be sealed around the opening of a 120 mm port on both sides of the box for loading the sample. At the middle of the top of the tank, a 158mm outlet is used to install the exhaust fan.
Burner
(1) For methane gas burner and its matching flowmeter, material is H62 brass. Blowlamp structure as shown in Figure 3) Blowlamp equipped with regulator to control methane inflow rate, the external introduction of air adjustable.
(2) Standard power: 2000 W.
(3) The diameter of the nozzle is 0.90 ± 0.03 mm, the length of the lamp is 1.60 ± 0.05 mm, the height between the nozzle and the air inlet is 102 mm, and the diameter of the nozzle is 9.5 mm.
(4) Spray lamp angle: vertical 90 degrees (vertical axis is maintained in the vertical plane and 90 degrees angle with the vertical direction), air intake from the air, internal flame 75 ± 5 mm, external flame 125 ± 10 mm, adjustable.
Fire source
(1) Fuel: gas or methane (methane content should be more than 98%).
(2) The flame height is 125 ± 10mm and the internal flame height is 75 ± 5 mm.
(3) Ignition for automatic high voltage ignition.
