1. Description
ZY6290 flame retardancy tester for vinyl products is suitable for testing the combustion performance of vinyl plastics products. Its design, manufacture and inspection are strictly in accordance with the 16CFR 1611-2008 Standard for the flammability of vinyl plastic ficm of the Consumer Goods Commission. It has the characteristics of small size, beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, simple operation and accurate testing.

3. Main Technical Parameters
(1) Combustion chamber: in line with CFR1611.4 (a) (3) requirements.
(2) Combustion chamber dimensions: wide 310 mm, high 500 mm, long 350 mm
(3) Equipment material: 304# stainless steel material
(4) The top and sides of the combustion chamber are respectively opened with 6 air holes of 12.7 mm in diameter. The front of the chamber is equipped with a glass observation window.
(5) Specimen Fixture: 2, made of high quality stainless steel plate with thickness of 2.0 mm, 125 mm wide and 280 mm long. The other end is made of insulating material, and the micro-switch is installed to touch the shrapnel, which meets the requirements of CFR1611.4 (a) (1).
(6) Burner: conform to CFR1611.4 (a) (1) requirement, No. 22 needle.
(7) Igniter: high pressure automatic ignition.
(8) Timer: In accordance with CFR 1611.4 (a) (4) requirements, 0-99.99 s arbitrary settings, resolution of 0.01 s, accuracy of 0.1 s.
(9) Equipment size: L350 * W610 * H515 mm
(10) Work power supply: AC 220V, 50 HZ
4. Matters Needing Attention
(1) The equipment resettlement office must have a single-phase 220V AC power supply for use.
(2) The equipment must be installed on a stable desktop and the environment is dry.
(3) During the use of the equipment, it must be grounded reliably to avoid electric shock.
(4) When the equipment is connected with the gas, it must pay attention to the airtightness of the gas pipe, in order to prevent the leakage of gas and the existence of security risks.
(5) During the test, do not touch the sample directly with hands to prevent scalding.
(6) After the test is completed, we must turn off the power and gas sources in time to avoid wasting resources.
(7) After each test, clean the test site in time and keep the equipment clean.
(8) Regularly spray rust preventive oil on the surface of the equipment to extend the service life of the equipment.
